Manifest Bodyworks is proud to offer the Bushwick community and visitors a class schedule full of New York City's most diverse collection of Pilates classes. From basic mat work to fitness strength training, you might just say bye bye to that gym membership.

We currently do NOT have an online sign-in platform for classes. Simply show up 5 mins before any class start time and you'll be guaranteed a spot. Classes max out at 8 people.
Pre-brunch pilates - Every sunday at 11 am
Maybe you're hung over, maybe you're sleeping in but don't want to waste your day, maybe you have brunch plans, maybe you don't... This is an Open Level Pilates Mat class to help you sweat out that hangover and build your appetite. Wake up every Sunday with some mobility exercises, tighten up that core before you down some eggs benny, and earn that Mimosa!
FORMATION - every MONDAY at 6:30 Pm
This all levels Pilates mat class is designed to give you a better understanding of biomechanics and how your body moves through space while still getting a full workout. Start your week off in good form with FORMATION.
Align - every Tuesday at 10 am & thursday at 12 pm
This basic Pilates class focuses on alignment and full body toning, a perfect introductory class for those new to Pilates.
pumped! - Every Tuesday at 7 pm
A intermediate high energy Pilates mat class set to music that ups the number of repetitions of each exercise while staying focused on correct biomechanics. If you want to feel the burn a little more than usual and get your blood flowing, PUMPED! is for you.
Strength - Every Wednesday at 8 am
This class will help you build functional strength required to perform basic movements such as crawling, push-ups, squatting and pull ups. You'll learn proper alignment for each exercise and prep your body through a specific series of Pilates exercises to help support and build up your strength to perform these functional exercises.
Circuit - Every Thursday at 6:30 PM
High intensity workout focusing on abdominals, arms, and butt; all while utilizing Pilates breath-work and core engagement. This is appropriate for intermediate to advance student. It is our fastest-paced class so come prepared to sweat!
Level Up - Every Friday at 11 am
This advance Pilates Mat class is for those who want to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Not for beginners, you'll learn challenging variations to traditional Pilates exercises while pushing your body further than you knew it could go.
queerlates - Saturdays at 3 PM
QUEERLATES: Pilates for Queer Bodies is our weekly donation based Pilates mat class open to all levels, body types, genders and everyone in between. Consider this your safe space to work out! There will be disco to keep you moving and loads of sass, from our instructors. Wear something cute, cruise the hotties and be prepared to have your ass worked over better than that dom-top did last weekend.
